Purpose and service provider
These terms govern the Solgyre mobile game, official website and customer support provided by Inxight, represented by Changmin Lee, business registration number 545-12-01107, at 4F, 225 Geumjeong-ro, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea.
Use and accounts
Read the published terms and provide required consent through the service. Online accounts are intended for ages 16 and above; regional ratings and laws governing minors’ contracts also apply. These terms do not restrict required guardian consent or statutory cancellation rights.
Local-only progress and server accounts are distinct. Account features may use a guest account or an Apple/Google link. Account linking, cloud saves and purchase verification require internet access. Keep authentication methods and support codes secure.
Availability and changes
The first release covers the single-player campaign. No release date is guaranteed for online seasons or later content. Features, supported devices and products are described in the app and store listings.
Maintenance, outages or security responses may require changes or temporary suspension. Where possible, reasons and effects are announced in the service or official website. Changes to these terms are announced with reasons and effective dates under applicable notice requirements. Users who disagree may stop using the service or request account deletion.
Purchases and refunds
The tutorial and campaign through turn 20 are free to try. The full-game unlock is a non-consumable purchase. Check the store before paying for actual prices, currencies, taxes, discounts and product contents. No purchase or benefit is promised for unreleased products.
Restore purchases using the purchasing store account and the game’s restore feature. Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s request process and applicable law. Statutory withdrawal and remedies for defects are not restricted. Contact support@inxight.co.kr for restoration or refund problems.
User obligations and restrictions
Do not access another person’s account without authorization, misuse authentication or payments, or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted to the extent necessary for legal/terms violations or security risks. Reasons are communicated, and appeals may be submitted to support.
Content rights
Text, artwork, music, trademarks and software belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the game personally and must not copy, sell or infringe rights beyond what the law or separate permission allows.
Account deletion and ending use
Request deletion through account settings in the app or the website’s account and data deletion page. Processing follows ownership verification and final confirmation; cancellation is possible only before erasure begins. Deleted server progress cannot be restored. Legal retention and backup expiry follow the Privacy Policy.
Account deletion does not cancel a store payment or submit a refund request. Store purchase records and local progress remaining on devices are managed separately.
Liability and disputes
The provider and user are responsible for their attributable acts under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. Seek resolution through support; unresolved disputes may use remedies available under applicable law.
